Insurance is one of those things you don’t want till you need it. Fortunately for us we have got it and are very... pleased with the service from it. I don’t know which actual company I use but I do know it’s Tina at IIB who sorts it out for me. From calling in with the accident details to dropping off at the repairer and collecting the hire car, everything goes like clock work. You may ask, “do we have many accidents?” Well.... in our latest car, yes, between us, 4 in 3 years. Bazaar but true. Anyway, Tina is a real Gem and when she is away the rest of the team are great too. They are always competitive, not always cheapest, but we are big believers in ‘you get what you pay for’.read more
