A few years ago, I was becoming more and more frustrated with internet shopping for insurance. I approached IIB a few years ago and met Dave Abbott, I soon realised that he could offer me a better deal and personal service. I then consolidated Nine policies with IIB and have never been happier. Very very good service 😀👍... Went to another online broker to get the cheap quote , which it was . Bought their product off them . But then realised within the cooling off period that the service was ' terrible ' . So cancelled with them - took the hit with there cancellation policy . And now back with my original broker . Who although dearer , give the Superior Service . So if you want less hassle and easier , quieter life. It is sometimes worth paying more for Superior Service. Than going with the cheapies which are cheaper for a reason . You get what you pay for ! . Is true in my case . And Verity bend over back wards to help further on the financial side , seein that I was coming back to them ..Well done Verity !

Started using David Insurance on Canning Circus a couple of years ago As I had got in a bit of a tizzle with the property dates Thought I might have to pay a bit more to use a broker but quite the reverse it was cheaper but Verity sorted us some insurance all changing on the same date. Since then it has been so easy to manage just ring in and add another property or update details . All I have to do is post a cheque once a year Fantastic

To be honest, I have been in the Construction business a very long time and dealt with many insurance brokers. We have never left a review before however these guys are the best, they cant do enough for you and will go that extra mile just to make things work, nothing is ever a problem and since we have been using them I cannot fault them, Melissa is a star, knows her job, knows how to handle any challenge and very helpful.
