Sometimes in life, we have to have grown-up conversations and make difficult decisions and this
is one of those times.
We have had offices in Loughborough since 1973, but in order to continue to provide you with
competitive premiums and expert advice we will be operating your account from our Ashby Office
with the same friendly faces, you have come to know and trust.
Loughborough Town Centre has seen a large number of closures and a dramatic downturn in
footfall -36.1% (Love Loughborough Report, 2022). Combined with substantial increases in the
overheads for operating the premises, we have decided it is much more important to look after
our expert staff rather than retain the premises.
Dave, Ash, and Anna will still be available on the same contact details, to provide you with the
level of personal service that you expect and they will also have the backup of the rest of our
team.
We are extremely confident that your service will not be impacted as we have managed all of our
Loughborough Commercial clients from the Ashby office effectively for many years.
Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, businesses were already being encouraged to look at ways of
operating more efficiently and sustainably.
With your help, we proved during lockdown that as paper documents are no longer required by
Police and the DVLA, we can provide an effective service using more digital communications such as
email and text. In addition, banking has become more and more electronic, hence the huge
number of branch closures we are seeing in many town centres.
We will shortly be providing access to our online client portal for 24-hour access to your
documents and payments.
However, should you wish for a face-to-face service you are more than welcome to visit our other
offices.
Please be assured that as we are now a third-generation family business, with the fourth
generation already in line, we are not going anywhere. We are just ensuring that we continue to
provide you with the excellent service and advice you have come to expect for years to come.
